Weigh in

*Note: my tracker is messed up for the last 2 weeks because I weighed in early but the numbers add up right. I’m annoyed. Just incase anyone is paying that close of attention.

Shut the front door!
What worked for me this week:
*Tracking honestly
*drinking water
*watching my fruit intake
*identified emotional eating before it happened and stopped it in its tracks
*Focused more on lean proteins to power me through the day, rather than my usual carbs that I adore so much

Before anybody goes and gets all excited, I’ve done this before. One big week followed up by fucking it straight up the next week. I have to be consistent, and it’s going to be hard (but not impossible) because my friends are here and we’re painting the town pink with sparkles tonight.

Last night we went out for gourmet burgers and had a small NSV. When everyone else ordered fries and onion rings, I ordered the turkey burger covered in sprouts and avocado. I also had the best brussel sprouts in the world as a side and really didn’t even miss the fried greasy stuff. I also had one beer before leaving home because
a) I’m a bitch on a budget
and
b) I didn’t want to drink a lot before weigh in
This is the first beer I’ve had since new year’s eve. It was a Bud Light Platinum and it was like sex in my mouth. If anyone has accurate points plus on this I’d love to know. Because it has to be more than regular light beer.
I’m going to make breakfast, shave my legs (twice in one week, y’all!) and go hang out with my buddies! My friend has a surprise for me today. I can’t wait to see what it is!

Yeay! Have fun w/ your friends and keep up the good work!

I’m curious as to what your limits on fruit were this week. Doesn’t it suck that WW tells you that you can eat to satisfaction but you really can’t? I am so frustrated by this.

Love, Love, Love FLIP! I can tell by the booth that is where you went! Unfortunately, the meals are not healthy but good to know that the brussell sprouts are good! I have a tracker similar to yours. I guess I should get it together and get serious so I can have a loss like yours!

Mmm… FLIP! Not getting one of those insane milkshake creations (Nutella & marshmallow mmm…) is definately a NSV too!
